Biographical Information
Maze’s Career in Starfleet was crazy from the start. Graduating Starfleet Academy in 2409, he was plunged into the Federation-Klingon War, Borg Resurgence, Delta Advance, Iconian War, and the H’urq Invasion. Through the many campaigns, Maze’s resolve allowed him to rise through the ranks rapidly, and in 2419 was offered the commission of Captain, but turned it down. The endless wars and brutalities that he had endured had taken a toll on him and he requested a leave of absence to ‘regain his humanity’.
For the next 2 years, Maze would serve as a Federation Ambassador to the Lukari, eventually taking a Lukari wife, and bearing a child together. After a run in with pirates, Maze reconsidered his position and requested his old commission. Starfleet restored Maze, and even promoted him to Captain as previously offered. Now back in the saddle, Maze hopes to keep the peace in a galaxy teaming on the verge of collapse.
